Abstract: The virtual learning communities are linked, at first, to the networks provided by information and communication technologies; and also by the possibility, in this environment, for people with common goals to meet and establish relationship. Through distant action, the development of new socialities and subjectivities is possible, turning it into an environment which materializes communication, culture and education.
