A new urban aesthetics results from there: randomic and turbulent juxtaposition of entities that have nothing in common except its coexistence, result of fields of force dynamics in continuous movement. Large urban figures that don’t mix anymore by means of small scale urban cement, but through floating fragments of areas with new uses. Its space matrix is a form of weak coherence, with open links. 

The terrain is constituted by repetitions spaced by habitational condominiums, industrial installations, franchises and shopping centers. A residual world: it is what it remained after that the area was emptied of all community life and historical memory. Shelter of the illegal one and the uncontrollable, subject to infinite manipulations. 

It is an amalgam of strict ordered sections and free configurations in all the remainder of the area. The result is an enormous proliferation of equipment of connections - bridges, viaducts and all type of passages. The infrastructure, normally integrated and totalizing, becomes more and more competitive and local. It does not intend to create operative sets, but only functional entities. Instead of networks, the new infrastructure creates enclaves and impasses.
